CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation is required 48 hours before scheduled appointment. If done so after the 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Arriving 10 minutes late is considered and no call no show. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please make sure you reach out to your service provider directly, not the salon as emails go directly to the salon due to all of our staff being independent. Thank you :)
